Our company was founded in 1982 by Dianne C. Mayfield, a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Washington University Law School. Ms. Mayfield served as an associate for business law firms in St. Louis, MO,, and Washington, D.C., and as in-house counsel for a real estate franchisor, prior to founding her law firm. She is a member of the Bar Associations of the District of Columbia, Missouri and Virginia.
Ms. Mayfield has served as a founder and board member of a publishing company and an e-commerce business, and as an advisor to the Board of Directors of a publicly-held construction company.
Ms. Mayfield co-authored The Entrepreneur's Road Map to Business Success, winner of the 1991 Benjamin Franklin Award as "Best Business/Career Book."
